The following stages of construction shall be reviewed by the Shuswap Building Review Consultant prior to proceeding to the next stage of construction. Please provide the Building Review Consultant with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to a required Review.

Note: this is the minimal number of stages of review required by the Shuswap Building Department in order to acquire a Final Occupancy Certificate. If the Building Review Consultant, upon review of the project, requires additional Review stages due to complexity of the project the Building Review Consultant will notify the applicant as to the required Reviews.
